Quotes and Pricing

Appointments and Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the vehicle at the scheduled location. The work area should allow enough space to perform the service. Results and Limitations

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations, no-shows, unsafe locations, unavailable vehicles, or large custom jobs may require a deposit before future appointments.

Weather Policy

Rain, high wind, extreme heat, unsafe conditions, or other weather issues may require rescheduling. Some exterior services, waxes, coatings, and drying steps may not be appropriate during poor weather.

Deposits
