Yes. Sierra's Auto Mobile Detailing is a mobile detailing service. Victor comes to your home, office, driveway, apartment complex, or another safe legal location whenever possible. No drop-offs, no waiting rooms.

We serve all of Orange County, California, including Santa Ana, Garden Grove, Anaheim, Orange, Tustin, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Westminster, Huntington Beach, Fountain Valley, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Mission Viejo, and nearby cities. For longer distances, pricing may be adjusted. Just ask.

Faster than most shops. A Basic Wash takes about 45 minutes to an hour. A Wax Package runs around 1.5 to 2 hours. Clay Wax is 2 to 2.5 hours. A Full Detail is typically 3 to 4 hours depending on the vehicle and condition. Victor gives you an exact estimate when you book.

Yes. Victor brings everything needed for the job including professional-grade products, equipment, and water. You don't need to provide anything. Just make sure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed location.

Weather can affect exterior detailing, wax, ceramic coating, and drying. If the weather makes the job unsafe or ineffective, your appointment will be rescheduled. Victor will reach out as early as possible.

Website prices are starting prices. Final pricing depends on vehicle size, condition, location, add-ons, pet hair, stains, oxidation, and the level of work needed. SUVs typically start +$30, trucks and vans start +$50.

A deposit may be required for large jobs, repeat last-minute cancellations, no-shows, ceramic coating appointments, or custom scheduling. Most regular bookings don't require one.

Yes — just contact Victor as early as possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit before future appointments.

No. Results depend on age, material, damage, maintenance history, and severity. Some stains, odors, scratches, water spots, oxidation, and paint defects may improve but not disappear completely. Victor will tell you what's realistic up front.

Yes. Please remove valuables, cash, personal items, fragile items, firearms, and anything blocking cleaning access before Victor arrives. If you have a full detail booked, clearing the seats and trunk helps Victor focus on the actual cleaning.

Victor may take before-and-after photos for quality review, portfolio, social media, or advertising. If you don't want photos used publicly, just say so before service begins — no problem.

Yes. Victor has detailed McLarens, Mercedes AMGs, BMWs, Porsches, and more. Luxury and exotic vehicles are handled with extra care using products appropriate for high-end finishes and paint systems.

For most drivers, a full detail every 3 to 6 months keeps your vehicle in excellent condition. If you park outside, drive often, or have kids or pets, every 2 to 3 months is ideal. A basic wash or wax in between maintains the results.

Wax is a traditional paint protection that typically lasts 1 to 3 months and gives a warm, deep shine. Ceramic coating is a semi-permanent liquid polymer that bonds to your paint and can last 2 to 5 years. Ceramic is a bigger investment upfront but saves money long term.

Pick a tier (Maintenance, Shine, or Showroom), text or call Victor, and your first service gets scheduled within the week. After that, your wash recurs on the same day each month. You're billed automatically on the 1st. Skip months bank for up to 3 months — nothing gets wasted.

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Just text Victor and your membership ends at the close of your current billing cycle. Any banked washes can be used before then. Annual prepay members can cancel for a prorated refund of unused months.
